Sasha Client wins major employer Best Places to Work 2003  CincinnatiIn the category of  " Giant Companies ",  TriHealth  has been named "Best Place to Work"   for 2003 - 2004. It takes a lot of work to achieve that status.   Sasha Corporation, Cincinnati HR consultants, have been a part of that success.

The healthcare system's seven thousand employees enjoy a great overall working environment, with this philosophy in mind: "What makes a good life is the people you interact with."

2001: Throughout the year, TriHealth HR professionals attend workshops on employee retention. The Employment Dynamics process, now certified for college credit,  helps design the ultimate retention systems in any work environment.

2001: Sasha delivers Missing Link  training  for front line supervisors, the ultimate in 'relational skills'.

2002:  Consultants from Sasha design TriHealth's approach to deal with diversity issues in the workforce and customer base.

2003: TriHealth's  information and policies for workforce planning get a big boost, as Sasha designs a comprehensive data collection program to anticipate workforce needs  up to 5 years out,  with an emphasis on  the nurse population.

2003: Continuing to pursue excellence,  TriHealth retains Sasha  to survey current and former employees to see why people come, why they leave. Sasha's depth of experience and customized software gets exactly the answers TriHealth asks for.

2004: Team coaching for nurse managers reduces turnover, saves $1.1 million.

2005: Team coaching is continued, shows reduced turnover.

2006:  Individual executives are coached, leading to cohesiveness in the IT department. Team coaching expanded beyond nursing.
